Internship has a strategic importance to us: firstly, to implement our social responsibility, whereby we provide our working environment as a rich learning ground for students to be able to learn about the world of work and develop expertise to support their education. Secondly, we believe that we need to develop our talent pipeline and internship program can be one of the means to fulfill the pipeline.
Our internship program ranges from 2-6 months period. From time to time we open vacancies for students and fresh graduates to develop their career by being involved in projects that will expose them to experts in the field and to learn from them.

There are five stages in the recruitment and selection process of our internship opportunities.
The Link and Match program is designed specifically for engineering students who have a passion for developing their careers in an industrial/manufacturing institution. This program becomes a ‘bridge’ for the students to the Trainee Management track, once they have successfully completed the program.
